The blood donation timer calculates when you can donate blood next based on your previous donation. In the US, the interval between whole blood donations is at least 8 weeks (56 days) for all donors.

How often can you donate blood in the US?
The American Red Cross guidelines state: whole blood donations can be made every 56 days (8 weeks). Plasma can be donated up to twice per week with at least 48 hours between donations. Platelets can be donated every 7 days, up to 24 times per year.
